What is the UNAEC?
The United Nations Atomic Energy Commission is tasked with promoting peaceful uses of nuclear energy and preventing its military applications. It ensures nuclear safety, safeguards, and cooperation, reducing nuclear risks and advancing global nuclear technology for the benefit of humanity.
Position Papers
All delegates debating in UNAEC must research and write a position paper about their assigned topic.All position papers should include a list of sources written in MLA or APA format. Please refer to the position paper writing guide in the "Delegate Resources" section of the website for further information.
